Progress update on our new building

Hampshire County Council, whose architects are leading on the design and build of the new school building, have just appointed a main contractor to take on the building work. The housing developer is due to undertake archaeological surveys of the site and will transfer the land over to the County Council later in 2017, ready for construction work to start in early spring 2018. The University of Winchester Academy Trust and the County Council have arranged for temporary accommodation to be installed within the grounds of Henry Beaufort School ready to welcome our first cohort of children for the autumn term starting September 2018, and we are looking forward to moving into our new building during 2019.
